Our Wines


Blueberry Wine

Our signature blueberry wine is proudly crafted from whole, wild Newfoundland low-bush blueberries, grown in a clean, pesticide free environment.  A true taste of Newfoundland, this semi-sweet wine possesses a brilliant garnet colour and a flavour that honours the mighty wild blueberry.  It pairs well with spicy dishes or as an accompaniment to wild game.  Serve chilled.

Black Currant Wine

Our black currant wine boasts a deep, rich color and medium sweetness.  Its remarkable aroma and flavour will delight your senses.  You will find this to be an ideal match for spicy foods, firm cheeses or sipping on its own. Serve chilled.

Barren’s Blend Wine

Entice your taste buds with this combination of wild blueberry and lingonberry (also called partridgeberry) wines.  The fusion of the semi-sweet blueberry and  tart lingonberry makes an unforgettable experience.  Pairs well with beef, pork or fowl.  Serve chilled.

Cranberry Wine

Strawberry Wine

A glass of our strawberry wine will transport you to the strawberry fields of summer, no matter what time of year it is.  It is slightly sweet with a burst of berry flavour.  A perfect aperitif, drinks on the patio or companion to a chocolate dessert.  Serve chilled.

Raspberry Wine

The intense, pronounced bouquet of our raspberry wine can only be compared with the fragrance wafting from a basket of freshly-picked raspberries, warmed by the sun.  A pure delight with desserts or casual sipping with friends.  Try a glass with dark chocolate truffles and you will be hooked.  Serve chilled.

Cloudberry Wine

The cloudberry, or bakeapple, is pure, Newfoundland gold.  A solitary berry, found on select peat bogs throughout the province, the bakeapple is similar in size and shape to a raspberry and has a golden apricot colour when ripe.  The flavour is unlike any other, rich and velvety.  An exquisite gourmet dessert wine, available exclusively at Rodrigues Winery & Distillery.   Serve chilled.

Our Spirits


Pear Brandy

This limited edition offering was created using the finest organic tree-ripened Bartlett pears.  The pears were hand-picked, carefully fermented and distilled using our copper pot still in the typical Eastern European “slivovitz” style.  The result is a handcrafted, artisan product with rich aroma and fruit flavour.  Best enjoyed as an after dinner digestif.  Serve warm or at room temperature.

Plum Brandy

This limited edition offering was created using the finest organic Royal Blue plums grown in pristine Newfoundland orchards.  The plums were hand-picked, carefully fermented and distilled by our Master Distiller using our copper pot still in the typical Eastern European “slivovitz” style.  The result is a handcrafted, artisan product with rich aroma and fruit favour.  Best enjoyed as an after dinner digestif.  Serve warm or at room temperature.

Cloudberry Liqueur

The vibrant essence and zest of freshly harvested apples is captured in this special liqueur made with alcohol from our own copper triple distillery.   Sip neat or enjoy it on the rocks.

Cranberry Liquer

The tangy tartness of cranberries grown in the pristine Newfoundland environment shines in this liqueur made with alcohol form our own copper triple distillery.  Sip neat or enjoy it on the rocks.

Sedna Vodka

Experience our premium iceberg vodka, made with icebergs harvested off the shores of Newfoundland and Labrador.  Our unique process was developed by our Master Distiller taking more time to complete but the hard work pays off.  The vodka is quadruple distilled, filtered through a system of lava rocks and charcoal and finally filtered through a 0.2 micron filter prior to bottling.  The result is a premium, artisan-made vodka , crystal clear, smooth and pure.  We challenge you to find a better vodka on the market.  Enjoy on the rocks or in your favorite martini or cocktail.
